The vanished towns of the St Lawrence River.   When the St Lawrence Seaway was built in Ontario and Quebec, the risen water levels of the river and lakes caused some towns to become submerged.  Check with your local library, town hall records or people who remember some part of the story.

The Capilano Swing Bridge.  Did this North Vancouver tourist site have a practical purpose when built or was it just a bridge to be seen?                                                                          SOLVED
